Review: Once Upon a Prince

Once Upon a Prince Once Upon a Prince by Rachel Hauck
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

A beautiful heart wrenching and heart warming story. The only down side was their was too much focus on religion. But your faith in Jesus, I felt like I was being preached at, which I do not appreciate. Faith has a place in novels but should not be a main focus, less on religion more on love. Aurora was my favourite character, and I enjoyed how it was like God spoke through her, but Aurora was a good character to use to bring in Faith, the story fell flat when every other paragraph is about putting your faith in God.

Amazing spectacular. The best of Bella Forrest. A family reunited, a shadowy figure and the power of love? Is it love that will deive away the entity?

So many secrets revealed. I loved this book you never know what is going to happen next. I can't wait for the final book: what is the darkness, why does Emma keep having visions?

Not what I was expecting but quite enjoyable. I am intrigued by the notion of mixing Modern and Victorian times.

Review: Cinders: The Untold Story of Cinderella

Cinders: The Untold Story of Cinderella Cinders: The Untold Story of Cinderella by Finley Aaron
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is by far the best Cinderella retelling I have ever read. Funny and full of emotional ups and downs, you will never know what happens next. Similar theme to Lioness Rampant series by Tamora Pierce, but still unique. The love story we all know and love is more of a subplot than the overarching theme. Well written and beautiful. A very different Cinderella.
